All credit card and bank account information provided to Entrusters is stored with third parties who are PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant for handling financial data. We do not collect or store any credit card or bank account information.

Buy It NowItems with a Buy It Now indicator reflect the final price you will pay. The resulting total price is then converted into your local currency at the current exchange rate.
Search & Shop by URLProducts that are not listed as “Buy It Now”, for example those requested using our “Shop By URL” feature, or more unusual items, will have an estimated price calculated in the same way as Buy It Now items. However, Travelers are free in such cases to propose their own fees for delivery at which point the total price will be sent to you in the form of a "Delivery Offer.” You can choose to accept any Delivery Offer you receive by clicking the ACCEPT button and then paying at checkout.
Non-Buy It Now items will receive delivery offers that include the date the traveler is expected to arrive at his or her destination. Travelers and shoppers are expected to meet within 3 days of the traveler’s arrival to complete the delivery.

Not finding what you’re looking for? Items from retailers other than Amazon can be requested using our “Shop By URL” feature.
Shop By URL
Copy the URL of the product you want from the online retailer directly into the search bar. This will return the exact item from the URL you provided. Then confirm the details and place your request. We'll process the request manually within 24 hours and publish to our marketplace if it meets our requirements.

Please note: in the case of a dispute resolution, only messages sent with copies to Entrusters can be considered part of the official record. Communications by any other medium will not be considered.
Meeting with your Trusted Traveler
Once you have been introduced to your Trusted Traveler you are able to coordinate a convenient time and place to meet upon their arrival. Please be prepared to meet your Traveler at a time and place that works for his or her travel schedule. We recommend meeting in common areas such as a hotel lobby or café near the Traveler's location.
Meeting with an Entrusters Community Manager
In select locations, we offer shoppers the option to meet with an Entrusters Community Manager to collect their order. This is advantageous to shoppers who have multiple orders arriving with different Travelers. Meeting with a Community Manager allows shoppers to collect multiple orders at once without having to arrange separate meetings.
Delivery directly to your home*
In select locations, shoppers can have their order delivered directly to their home. We work with several local logistics partners who deliver your order directly from the Traveler to your doorstep. This is advantageous for shoppers with busy schedules or those that live outside a major metropolitan area. Please contact us via email or chat for more information about this option.

When you meet with your Traveler to complete the delivery, please check that all aspects of the order are correct. If the Traveler purchased the incorrect item by mistake, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. In these cases, you will be refunded in full for your purchase.
Entrusters provides Shoppers a unique 4-digit code for each delivery. You can find this code anytime in the "Your Shopping" dashboard.
In order to complete the transaction, you must arrive at the delivery location with your unique 4-digit code to be given to your Traveler. In order to complete the transaction, your Traveler must provide the code to Entrusters.
Please contact us anytime to inquire about your 4-digit code.
You may cancel your request at anytime prior to the checkout process. To do so, simply find the request in the "Your Shopping" dashboard and select CANCEL. The request will then be removed from the marketplace and you will no longer receive delivery offers for the item.
If you have already completed the checkout process, your order cannot be cancelled since the Trusted Traveler has already been instructed to purchase your item(s).
In some scenarios we allow shoppers to cancel their order after completing the checkout process. To determine if you meet the requirements for a post-checkout cancellation, please contact us for further assistance.
Any warranty that is included by the product manufacturer for the original purchase of the product will be delivered to you along with your product. In the event you need to exercise the guarantee of the warranty and cannot do so directly with the product manufacturer, please contact us for further assistance.
Should your product need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or refund, Entrusters will help arrange the return. We cannot guarantee the timing of any product repair or refund, but will act in good faith to have the situation resolved as quickly as possible.*Additional traveler fees may apply for returns or delivery of replacement products.
